If you’re reporting a rate error, the most useful thing you can include is the URL of the official government page that shows the correct figure. That lets us verify and fix it the same day.

What we don’t do
Two boundaries worth being clear about:
- We can’t give you tax or legal advice. If you write asking whether you owe land tax in your specific situation, or whether you qualify for the first-time home buyer rebate, we’ll have to politely point you to a registered tax agent (Australia) or real estate lawyer (Canada). The calculators give estimates; advice is regulated work that has to come from licensed professionals.
- We don’t run partnerships, sponsored content, or affiliate referrals on this site. If you’re representing a real estate brokerage, mortgage broker, law firm, or accounting practice and want to discuss a paid placement, we’ll appreciate the kind thought but the answer is currently no. The site stays clean.
For everything else — corrections, questions, feedback, kind words, friendly disagreements — we’d love to hear from you.
